This morning bad experienced!!! One of my colleague wants to cancel some items (1 or 2 which is water amounting 6.5 & 8.5Sr.) cause she didn't expect the total amount of her groceries. And her money is not enough.But the cashier got mad.*why you want to cancel? Surah sister there's another customer(1customer next )then the cashier's colleague came and talked shit about us..(..why you took that items if you don't have money)in arabic language.she's thinking we didn't understand Arabic."customer is always right!!!!!you have to talk in a nice way!!!!!! Then we left the store and the cashier call us come sister come..BUT WE DIDN'T LISTEN AND WE LEFT THE STORE!!!!NOT NO TRANSACTION CANCELLED!!!! WHAT I DID WAS, I GAVE MY CASH TO MY COLLEAGUE ( CAUSE THE CASHIERS TALKING TO MUCH NOT IN A GOOD MOOD)AND I LEFT MYITEMS JUST TO RESCUE MY FRIEND!!!!

Carrefour has lots of items, household items to fashion items... The service here is awesome... It has direct in and out way to parking... It has all the possible varieties like foods, clothings, electronics, household products, fashion items, etc... Dates, dry fruits, nuts, fresh vegetables are also available... Chocolate factory is one of the attractive column in Carrefour...

The best supermarket , good prices, good products, many choices of products. The fruits and vegetables section is amazing, there is many choices from many countries and the prices is reasonable! The issue is the entrance, it’s very far from the parking lot, you have to walk long distance and it’s difficult after shopping!

What a surprise. As the title says, it was a grand store. Very clean and organized. The prices were very good for most of the items.

I love doing my weekly errands grocery at Carrefour. Competitive price, best promotional campaign, wide variety of products, and great produce. There is nothing I can ask for. But the only problem with Carrefour is their staff, which is very rude, lazy, using cellphone all the time, not happy with their work (I guess), not welcoming and helping. I have this scenario with these two cashiers. I headed to the cashier and as a normal customer I will be looking for the least queue, I go to cashier 1 and he told to go to the next cashier because his terminal is not working, then I go to the next cashier 2 and when I put my things on the conveyor belt he said the belt is not working and I have to transfer manually and then he laugh. I transferred again to the next cashier, and everything is fine. While paying on cashier 3. I noticed that the machines in cashiers 1 and 2 are working. It only means cashier 1 and 2 played over me. Of all the grocery stores I had been, Carrefour has the worst cashier and staff. From, Qasar Mall and Granada Mall.
