Amazing candle fragrance ,hand wash and body mist are awesome i love all the Range and most important hand wash must try if you haven’t tried yet. They have discounts too . Amber , Japanese cherry blossom , Gingham mist and body lotion is amazing and for handwash lemon one is my favorite.

The lady cashier at this time 4:30 wearing glass is beyond disaatisfaction of customer service, rude, seems unhappy in life and incompetent. I was trying to buy and i want to change that because of the price and she gave a snide comment in a very unpleasant way. Deserve to be reprimanded.

I visited the Body and Bath Works Granada branch this evening. The new lady staff I approached for assistance lacked communication skills and customer service etiquette, merely standing by and watching customers closely. This behavior was quite different from my previous visits to the branch where I received better service. However, I appreciated the cashier's friendly and communicative approach during this visit.

I felt belittled by a female staff member at the store. I inadvertently sprayed a product that wasn't the tester, and she shouted at me from across the shop. I hope she treats all customers with respect, regardless of nationality. This incident has left me feeling disappointed, and based on my experience today, I wish I had chosen to shop at my regular mall where the Bath & Body Works staff are always amazing.
