This was the best shopping experience in a long time. Visited Carrefour to buy a travel adaptor for the Indian chargers, but that was not available but we shopped for other stuff.
But Carrefour is an Hypermarket where you get everything. Be it fruits vegetables, on the go food stuff, home appliances, mobile phones you name it and they have it.

I don’t understand why almost every online order I place arrives with the wrong items or with some products missing. This happens repeatedly, and it is very frustrating. I have already filed complaints and refund requests, but they have not been effective in resolving the issue.
This is not about the price of the products, but about receiving the correct items that I truly need. I rely on online shopping because I do not have the time to go to the store in person, which is the very purpose of having an online service.
I kindly urge you to review and improve your order fulfillment process. Please focus not only on speed but also on accuracy and quality of service. Customers should be able to trust that what they order is what they will actually receive.

I'm a loyal Carrefour customer who has shopped at various international locations. I've been impressed with the brand's growth and commitment to offering competitive prices. I primarily use the app for my shopping, but I also enjoy visiting this branch.
While the self-checkout counters are a step in the right direction, the overall checkout experience could be further optimized for a smoother customer journey.

I love doing my weekly errands grocery at Carrefour. Competitive price, best promotional campaign, wide variety of products, and great produce. There is nothing I can ask for. But the only problem with Carrefour is their staff, which is very rude, lazy, using cellphone all the time, not happy with their work (I guess), not welcoming and helping. I have this scenario with these two cashiers. I headed to the cashier and as a normal customer I will be looking for the least queue, I go to cashier 1 and he told to go to the next cashier because his terminal is not working, then I go to the next cashier 2 and when I put my things on the conveyor belt he said the belt is not working and I have to transfer manually and then he laugh. I transferred again to the next cashier, and everything is fine. While paying on cashier 3. I noticed that the machines in cashiers 1 and 2 are working. It only means cashier 1 and 2 played over me. Of all the grocery stores I had been, Carrefour has the worst cashier and staff. From, Qasar Mall and Granada Mall.

Luxurious, stylish, clean and futuristic with friendly staff. We only spent a few hours here but well worth it if you're after the higher end products sold from the likes of Gucci & Louis Vuitton

Garnada mall is a very good place for shopping and spending time with family and kids.thers is carrefour hypermarket, where you buy all groceries, electronics, crockery, clothes and more from it.i like to visit again and again.

Love this branch and especially the fresh fish department. They even have my favorite fish from turkey. If you are there ask for the sea bass from turkey. Its a bit pricy but extremely delicious to cook in the pan. They have a very broad variety of many things and groceries. And its mostly fresh. Love it.
