worst product dont waste money for this. i ask dyson company to repair this, but their asking for 600 sr for the maintenance, what the hek of this product why it's expensive and it damages easily! as u can still new and i never use it everyday! so dyson is a really really big scam to all ladies

Not good. You pay for a very expensive vacuum and the battery dies after less than 2 years or so.....and Dyson doesn't have replacement batteries for another month and 1/2!!! Horrible!!!!

Update: they have asked me to send them videos of the issues with the vacuum cleaner, and then sent me a replacement unit (not an entire machines, only the motor, which is all I need). Original review: Dyson is the most expensive piece of junk you can buy, my SAR 2500 vacuum cleaner stopped working after around a year, they dont have a service center, I've been waiting for 2 weeks just to hear back from them by email!

Dyson sells expensive junk , have the worst customer service and no maintenance. So any issue with your product they will blame it on the customer and make you pay for the spare parts. Unfortunately, a lot of people have been facing the same issue with out any improvement or consideration from their side. I think they don’t even care to read or reply to the reviews.

I went to AlNakheel Mall branch, I’ve met couple of sales guys before but Haya is the best seller ever. She toke so much time explaining to me piece by piece and the value of each one and how it may fit my need. I’m super grateful for you Haya.
