The last thing they said was, “Don’t buy it for yourself.” The brown one, “Take it for yourself.” I know the move and I have worked with makeup. We know this marketing method. No one is ignorant.

Your branch in Hayat Mall is a teenage girl, her manner is very rude with customers, she brags, I mean when I ask her for the bill she says "Sure I'll give it to you" in a loud voice and then she hits the bill hard, there is no etiquette in her speech or actions and the manager next to her says "Calm down, calm down" this is in addition to the local makeup, they need courses in the art of dealing with customers, and makeup courses, I mean even the makeup is zombie and the dealing is zombie? I do not advise anyone to go there, there is no marketing or interest, they want you to buy by force.

The cashier charged me for two items out of one (Granada Mall branch). I have to return to the branch tomorrow because of this. This was the worst service I've ever experienced, and a complaint will be filed against the employee tomorrow.
