Peace be upon you. Today I went to the Q&A at Farah Al Nakheel Mall and bought 2 nail polishes. The employee said after she paid that she had given me a free foundation. It turned out that there was a tester sticker on the foundation to cover whether I had tried it or not. The shade didn’t suit me at all. Since when have they given away trial products as gifts?

I passed by and I wasn't going to buy anything, but the employee, I think her name is Ghalia, is very sweet and helps you without getting in your way. I bought something because of her sweet manner.

I arrived at 12 noon and found the branch closed. I waited until 12:30 and it was still closed!! Even though Google Maps says it's open! The shops and the mall were all open except for Q&A, which was closed!!!!

Hello Today I stopped by the store to buy perfumes recommended by my sister, but from the beautiful and respectful style of the employee (Ghada) and she convinced me to buy lipsticks and eyeliners that I bought with my eyes closed. May God make her happy at Granada Mall branch❤️❤️❤️

Sarah Sultan Al-Qahtani, the branch manager, is one of the best employees. I wish that every brand and company had a person like her, a cheerful, respectful person who knows her job. May God make her happy, Lord. I went in to get an idea, but she made me love the brand and I came out with 8 things. God willing, this will not be my first visit.
