The employees are very co-operative and helping the customers.The have good range of wrist watches and other gift items.The supervisor was polite and professional ,he showed me many watches as I was unable to select the desired watch. Prices are reasonable.

Alshaya is no longer the same. Their merchandise is broken. The service is poor during and after the sale. This branch has a white, veiled female employee who treats customers badly. She just slurs things as if she's on the street, not in a shop. A respectable company requires customers to respect them and treat them politely. Only the supervisor is respectful, may God bless him. I didn't interact with the rest. I think this is definitely my last visit to Alshaya!

The worst experience with this shop. They are not professional at all, and they also cheat their customers. I bought a pen, but it had no ink. Unfortunately, I didn't check it because I trusted them given the price, which was over 300 Saudi riyals. I went back to see them, but the salesperson told me I had to buy another ink cartridge, even though the pen had only been used to write half a page. They didn't help me at all. Don't buy from them, and if you do, ask for new ink, not used.
