Rude, callous staff who wouldn’t bother to look for a shopping bag that I had misplaced while shopping in their store. They locked the fitting rooms an hour and thirty minutes before store closing, where on earth does that happen in major cities? Whenever asked for a size different than what’s displayed, they will shrug their shoulders and without looking up from their phones, swear it is out of stock. They need serious training or replacement by people who can actually represent this brand better!

Today I went to the branch and it was a wonderful experience! I would like to thank Ms. Joza in particular for her high-class treatment and excellent service. She never failed me, even entering the warehouse more than once to bring me the parts I needed. The customer service in this branch is excellent, and I left feeling very happy 💯⭐️🫶🏻

The Granada branch sends me to the neighboring branches when returning the item, claiming there is no cash??? When I buy, do I tell you that I have no money and that you should wait a little while!!! When I went to the Al Hamra branch, I found it closed. The worst treatment ever.

Returns are a complicated issue for them. I've visited three branches and they don't accept cash. Customer service doesn't respond and there's no branch manager. Worst customer experience ever!!!!!
