I won't repeat an experience because now I regret it and realize that I was hasty. The ring is worth around 5,000 without a certificate, and the employee said that the certificate takes time, and its price is around 500 and it takes time. My advice is don't rush and don't buy anything without a certificate so that you can rest assured about the quality of the piece, and if you sell it, its price won't drop by more than half because of the lack of a certificate.

Honestly, a very, very bad experience. I bought a diamond ring for my daughter who studies in Jordan. She went to Jordan and the next day the diamond fell. She came back after a few months and they fixed it for her. The same thing happened. She didn't wear the ring for a week, even though it was bought two years ago. The same diamond fell and now they want to fix it and make her pay 250 riyals for it. Because of their poor workmanship. I have dealt with others and they were much better. I do not recommend them at all.

They said, “Never replace it like this,” or replace it with a blown piece at the same price. They reduce the price by three quarters...

Bad service and no credibility in dealing
I bought a ring for 7,000 and asked for the size to expand.
I went to pick it up, and the employee said that you have to pay 100 riyals for the expansion, because the extra money was gone.
Of course, I was not informed of this before.
I paid 100 riyals and there was no invoice or anything.
Bad behavior last time.
