Both the crew on my visit have been very helpful and friendly, providing me with the best dining suggestion. I have tried Sbarro in the Philippines and this was my First visit to the Riyadh branch. Enjoyed my meal! 😊

I’m giving 1 star for the food because the price of the pasta (34 SAR) is irrational compared to its portion size, and the service was very poor.

Tried the offer they had on screen. they didn’t write the real sizes, which was showing an image of a large drink on screen ( based on picture ratio of cup) and they give me a small drink…not acceptable

We ordered the regular chicken pasta. Dude brought a bowl and we said it was fine. I thought it would be 18 bucks. But they said 34 because it was the big one. Its not at all worth 34 and only few piece of checken was there. Very disappointed.

Go here each week on Thursday get their two slice and soda deal. This week the soda was completely flat and they served it in the smallest cup they had. Usually it is medium size cup. When we told the guy the soda is flat he said it’s all flat and didn’t offer any substitutes or solutions.

Service was poor,the food was cold what is this?fo you have Operations checking your products quality…means the area manager was lazy(Najib)before sbarro was superb but now???its a big question mark….

Their baked ziti used to be my favourite. The last time I had my order, it was a bit disappointing. The pasta was overcooked (not al dente) and the sauce was wishy-washy. The cheese was scanty, can’t even taste it. Pizza was ok, nothing special.
