After-sales maintenance is very, very bad, unfortunately. The factory is supposed to have a supervisor who supervises the parts that enter the factory and appear intact without any change in their appearance or patching. Respect for work and avoiding deceiving the customer is required.

I bought a diamond from you on May 4th and the employee told me that the printer was not working and that the invoice would come to me on WhatsApp.. and to this day I have not seen anything

Unfortunately, there is still deception of the consumer. Al-Othaim Jewelry Store made a Snapchat announcement that it has a 65 percent discount. I went to the store, but they disappointed me when they gave me the price. After that, I said I have the Snapchat discount code, but he stuttered and said this is the price with its discount code. Did the Snapchat deceive us or did the store deceive us? God knows best. God willing, I will contact the reports.
