I had a genuinely great experience at this subway, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received—especially from one of the employees, M. Hussien. I walked up to them just as the restaurant was about to close, and honestly, I would have completely understood if they had turned me away. It had clearly been a long day, and anyone would be tired at that point, also it is was very late. But instead of brushing me off or giving the bare minimum, M. Hussien greeted me with kindness and patience. He didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience—in fact, he welcomed me in with a friendly smile and took my order like it was the middle of the day, not closing time. What stood out most was how genuine he was. You could tell he was tired—who wouldn’t be at the end of a long shift?—but he still took the time to make sure everything was right with my order and even asked if I needed anything else, even though my order was very long. That kind of attitude and work ethic is rare and deserves to be acknowledged. The food was great, of course, but honestly, it was the customer service that left the biggest impression on me. M. Hussien showed a level of professionalism and kindness that you don’t always get in fast food settings, especially near closing time. It really made my day. I hope the management sees this and recognizes the value he brings to the team. People like him make all the difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service I received
