The worst employees there don't understand anything, and their behavior is like asphalt. I don't know what the employee's name is. Today, Thursday, at 3:30 p.m., she doesn't know how to account and has no manners at all. I'm paying for a visa, and I came back with a few pieces that I wasn't satisfied with. He said she didn't have any cash! How can I pay for a visa and she wants me to get cash back? I even told her to give me back the visa and she started getting upset. I wish I could take action against her. She is deliberately harassing customers.

I purchased an item from your store on November 29th at 8:30 PM. I returned to exchange it for a new size on December 6th at approximately 7:15 PM. The employee told me I couldn't return or exchange the item because it had been 7 days since the purchase date. I told her I bought it in the evening, so why do you calculate the purchase date from the beginning? I bought it from you at night. She said the system wouldn't accept it. If I were to return an item I bought and charged a network fee, you told me to wait 24 hours, then we'd process the refund. You charge a network fee, meaning you charge me by the minute. When I wanted to charge you by the minute to exchange an item I bought, you said we wouldn't charge you by the day. You make up any excuse you like. Unfortunately, I've had more than one bad experience with your branches. I've never bought anything from you ✋

Just got out of the showroom. The cashier employee needs training on how to deal with customers. I came to the cashier and noticed that the goods were dusty. I said, “There is dust on them. Is it possible to replace them? She said, ‘It’s normal. It might fall to the ground.’” And she wiped it with her hand. I said, “No, it’s not good.” She said, “Okay, go get a replacement for her, even though there are two other employees talking to each other, and she’s my daughter’s age?”!!!
