Please bring trained people, efficient Grenada branch is the worst The cup is not clean and dripping I have to wait too long Matcha is very light Terrible experience, altogether I am regular customer but This my first and last experience in this branch

I love Acai berries. I went to Granada Mall intentionally to have an Acai. But the guy who is serving was horrible. Very bad energy , very angry , extremely rude! Then when I asked his name : - he said that ABDULLAH , You can complain, he said that in a very rude way . I really hope when next time I will go there , he will not be there.
