Finally in Riyadh. It's nicely made tiny boutique. Very organized but, very limited fashion line. Sizes are not clear and the employees as well ; the sizes guidelines to be able to identify your size !. The Price, I felt they were little exaggerated as an American Eagle baby brand !!. Though the store is cute and the clothing quality is alright. The employee are the absolute worst!! They are not helpful at all nor do they know how to use the system which is shameful. The system was down and I had to wait over 30 mins and return TWICE only to find out that she could write the bill manually all along!!! Such a waste of time and unprofessional service. I won’t return ever again due to this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect of customers and their time.

Poor customer service. One time the lady told off my very well behaved daughter for walking around the store. Another time, the lady incorrectly shared a deal and then placed the wrong items in my bag. I had to return and sort it all out. The products are excellent. It’s just the service.

Rana, may God bless her, has a refined style and is quick and professional in her dealings. She provided excellent assistance. The quality of the clothes and fabrics is excellent, and the prices range from high to reasonable. (There are excellent fitting rooms.)

The employee at Granada Mall helped me. She was cheerful, well-mannered, and helpful. Her name is Saraa ❤️❤️ I loved her store and went back the same day to get an extra pair of pants. A big thank you to the employee, she works with love and is helpful. She helped me find my size and advised me on how many pieces to buy 🙏🏻 Ari's store 🙏🏻
