May God grant him success and give him good health. By God, he did not fail, unlike some companies that are not good. They serve you in the blink of an eye.
I called customer service and they assured me of their presence. I took a walk there and came, but no one was waiting for me for more than half an hour. Maybe someone would come.
I'm here but the person who can do the work is not there, the whole store is empty. And I don't even know when he will come, it's been 2 hours since I came here.
Needs improvement on customer service. We waited for an hour to get a sim card. After waiting for 1 hour we were informed that the person assigned for the sale of sim cards is currently not present at the store.
We left the store for better.
Virgin mobile - worst customer service ever! My sim is out of network coverage since 9 days and the issue is not yet resolved. Everytime I email them they reply with the same pre written template "your issue is under process and you will be contacted when resolved." Frustrating and disappointing experience.
