The service is poor, to say the least. I went in and asked the employee where the discounted items were. She said, “The showroom is in front of you. Let us sit down and sort for you.” I told her that the manner was tactless and that the client had the right to enter and know where to go for any session!! Lack of taste from the employee even though I am a regular customer!!

One of the best branches. The employees are active and cheerful, and they bring you whatever you ask for from underground. They don't get lazy, and their treatment is very refined. May God make them happy and successful. If I could, I would raise their salaries and give them a promotion. By the way, at the Hayat Mall branch, the employee is lazy and doesn't want to do anything. Whenever I asked about something, she said, "That's it." She doesn't try to find a size or item. The worker with her in the back warehouse is the one who helps and brings the size. Even though these clothes are supposed to be for women only, men have no business in them.
