I spent over SR 2000 during white Friday sale but needed to return one item and the service was beyond pathetic. The customer service lady said the manager is late and they have no money for return ! I refused to leave and demanded the manager come now as she is supposed to be here. She said she is late and will not come and then she turned her phone off. I will take my business elsewhere and not go to nice. They promise you with return but you will end up with stinking headache if you chose to return. Interestingly when the manager came ( I was told her name is Rasha), she even refused to meet me and declined to come out from her office and meet me , leave alone apologizing to me for wasting my hours waiting for her.

The shop apparently doesn’t have internet so you can’t order online and pick up in store.

Very very bad experience. Received a gift and wanted to exchange. Came inside then the saleswoman comes to me and in a very rude manner asks me what i have in the bag as if i look like someone who is going to steal. I tell her its a gift then she replies and says keep it at the customer service. I go to the customer service and then another saleswoman was okay but still very unhelpful. She tells me she cannot exchange without the receipt. I understand that businesses cant exchange without the receipt but most of the times they help the customer find a way to exchange. Not rudely say we cannot exchange. When i was going out the same first saleswoman comes up to me again and i tell her i could not exchange and AGAIN she rudely says we cant exchange without a receipt instead of saying it nicely and in an unracist manner. She is supposed to be trained to be nice to customers or else she shouldnt be a part of the team. Wednesday 4 march at 10:34 PM she should face consequences for her rude behavior with customers. This isnt how you welcome people into the store. As i left i mentioned what a customer service you have because i genuinely have never seen a ruder employee in my life. Not even one star for this store.

One of the best quality and modern items in Riyadh but expensive.Prices are reduced a lot during sale but during normal days its expensive.I didn't like the the check-out process as it was very unorganized and congested. Staff are kind and helpful.

Very good store for crockery, all kind of baking molds , tea cups , cooking essentials, thermos . In bedding they have quilt and comforters. Decorating things . Now a days they are having 50 % off

You can get Alberto Granite Cookwate set on good prices. They are offering vast range of Alberto products. Good interior. Paintings are so good. I loved the crockery there especially their soup set. Sofa set designs are really good. You can find designs there.

standard seats are uncomfortable, my movie had an 18+ note but scenes were still cut! the place itself is nice and clean though
