Best ice cream place ever Good service but not too fast cluttered , no line waiting for cashier , so the people come from everywhere around the track there's no system and that's was little difficult .

This is the 7th time we've visited Baskin Granada, the restaurant branch. The employee talks to you from the corner of his nose, doesn't smile, and only covers his mouth with a mask, no matter how many times we visit this kiosk and give excuses. He always makes a mistake with the order and gives you whatever he wants. The black earpiece is always in his ear, so you don't know who he's talking to. He's chatting with the salesperson from Africa. In case the salesperson changes to another nationality.

First of all, the prices are severely exaggerated! The smallest thing they have is 18!!! I was shocked by the price, and other than that, they put me in a room for 24 hours. I have never seen him smile at customers. It makes you hate that you come and buy from them. If he has a smile or a nice style, the least thing is to make the price easy😂

I chose one star because of the unsatisfactory customer reviews. This is the third store I’ve seen people’s opinions about, and most of them complain about the poor treatment and ethics of the store’s employees, as if they were a single team. People’s opinions are important, and I’m surprised that Baskin Robbins management doesn’t respond, apologize, or explain this poor customer evaluation. This indicates a failure in the management, or that they guarantee consumers and don’t respect their opinions and underestimate them. I hope this company is punished.
