Old customer,, I have a very well knowledge about most of the products in there, yet, I was so surprised with the wide informations of HALA whom was so helpful and patient in explaining about most of the cosmetics and skin care products and I was even more surprised when I knew that she is not a pharmacist yet she knew the components of the products…Big thanks HALA you deserve the best.

I bought whipped day cream but when I applied on face I got lots of white bit's my face was full of white bits.then I go back to the store and I explained everything.the cashier he was deep understable but he called to one of his manager to get approval to change my product but manager didn't approved him to change my things.i was really disappointed.

Their products are dusty and dirty. The package of some products are torn and they are still selling it for an expensive price. They didn’t put it on sale. They had a big shelf of opened unsealed nail polish and it was still being sold for the same price! It was messily wrapped with tape all over it. Very unhygienic and too pricy. There are much better pharmacies out there. It’s ok if you want to pick up some medications or panadol.

Very poor service, the "pharmacist" did not know the commonly used blood thinner Xarelto and then secondly claimed that purchasing Betadine (a simple desinfectant) needs a prescription. Extremely unhelpful.
