Why did I call the branch and no one answered? You told me that you would submit a refund request to your account. It has been a week and I still haven't received the refund!! This is the first time I've seen a policy that if an employee tries to exchange an item, the remaining amount is not returned to me and sits in my balance. If the employee knows about this policy, why doesn't she enter the system immediately to return the item and charge me for the new item??? Or do you want the amount to sit in my balance with you!!!

Very bad experience because of the employee who refused to exchange or return the product within two days. She said that the store policy is that they do not accept returns if you bought it from another branch and the branch manager is not present.

Pros: 1- The employee, Najla, is excellent at communicating and assisting. 2- They had an offer to buy 1 and 1 free, and I liked that they put the sizes together to make it easier to choose. 3- They have products for care and cleaning of boots. Cons: The air conditioning is too hot 😪 All care products are available:/

A brand that is second to none in terms of quality and comfort. Frankly, the Granada branch has excellent female employees who are very cooperative and patient. For your information, we always buy from this branch because of the distinguished female employees, and we always find help and attention from them. High quality shoes. I've tried one of their sandals since 2016. I've had them with me and have worn them a lot, especially to countries with constant rain. They're still as good as new, except the brand name has been wiped off. 😇 I just bought another sandal from them, but it's a bit more formal. Honestly, the price is a bit high, but based on my previous experience, I didn't feel any remorse. God willing, I'll be back in a few years, and I'll still be raving about their products.
