The branch is good.. but the veiled cashier is very bad, ill-mannered and unprofessional unfortunately in her dealings and the branch manager is the same. A piece of advice if you have a return or exchange, do not consider this branch as an option. I hope someone pays attention to them. It is a shame for these types to work because they distort the market, women's work, the quality of customer service and the quality of life in general, which the country is working on.

The branch is very bad and the sales manager, Hind, treated him unprofessionally. He came to exchange his purchase part from the overseas branch and gave him a digital receipt on the mobile phone. She refused him on the pretext that the company’s policy only accepts a printed receipt. I opened the website for him to check the policy and it says print or electronic receipt is allowed. She said no, this number and call me. Please deal with it.

I think the store management should look again at the work of the female workers, especially the cashier employee... I visited the store a few days later, and unfortunately there was negligence and an unwillingness to respond to my inquiry regarding clothes and measurements!!! It is normal to see the store empty, if this is the style of its employees
