Today i bought the ‘epic wear’ white eyeliner. While i was using it for the FIRST time the bottle neck popped out and it wont go back in even after twisting it and now it wont close!! 70SAR down the drain.

Ghaydaa is an Awsome .. she is really helpful with a generous information about what is usefully and suitable to your skin type and color also she asked me always to test on my skin and try the products first .. she keeps seeking Al around the shop for the product that am asking for even when she get doughts it is almost sour of stuck I got into the shop to buy one item but I couldn’t stop my self from her way to explore another stuff

Had the most amazing experience at nyx the other day! So grateful for Ghaidaa who ,after helping me pick out my brow pencil, took the time to fix my aura application! For some time she tried in both English and Arabic and finally fixed it for me, something that she didn’t really have to do ! Made my day !will visit again!

No one spoke English and employees are very rude. They don't greet you or ask you if you need any help. I walked in and said hello to the employee there and she just stared at me and completely ignored my attempt to ask for help. People like this give the mall a bad rep and make people not want to come back.

Was not told I couldn’t return items. I came back within half an hour, all things unopened and told I couldn’t return it. When I told the worker that she should’ve specified, she didn’t take it seriously.
