Potty barn is considered as my favorite furniture store. This location is even beautiful, big and well organized. It's an Open space store at the entrance of the new extended area of Granada Mall. Perfect location and wonderfully made. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The disappointing part is I didn't find "PB KIDS" !! I guess they forgot to include it in this grand opening.

One of my favorite stores for furnitures and accessories, I enjoy going there and fixing my home, without doubt PB is always over priced and in Middle East its even more overpriced but at end of day you get one of a kind item. The only downside is the delivery time. Thanks to Maher, Kawthar and others who are so friendly and helpful and always ready to talk and give ideas. Can’t wait to receive the Alexandra Console. Update: just received the Alexandra Console and it’s really one of a kind.

I am writing this review based on my experience with one of the employees Ms. Ghadah who took care of me while buying some furniture. After sales, I contacted her to ask about items and change delivery dates. She was always helpful, professional and very pleasant.

The shopping experience has turned into a nightmare. I made a purchase of a bedroom set and it was promised to be delivered in one week ( at max). But it has been 3 weeks now and nobody seems to have any clue of what’s going on. An absolute disappointment!

Staff are very cooperative and friendly, especially the guy who assisted us, his name is Khalaf Alanazi make sure he assists you when you’re there!
