I visited this mini store twice to link my existing prepaid number with my iqama. At first the network was down so I was not successful. The next day I revisited and it worked fine. Both visits were pleasant - all the employees there were kind and tried very hard to help me. I think if you are polite first, they will respond with politeness as well.

Very bad service lady. I had a ticket but the lady told me 5 min before the closing time that the counter is closed and I should not stand there. I told her that I am waiting for past 15 min but she didn't listen. Very rude behaviour 😤 …

Utterly rude, disrespectful, incompetent and frankly discriminatory service. Tried to cancel 5g data package which hasn't worked for months. Staff were incapable of following any requests, even refusing to open sim tray, resulting in spending 200 riyals in another store. Refused to assist after multiple attempts when a text code would not send, and told us it was 'not their problem'. Will be cancelling our service immediately, if that's even possible. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I had a very disappointing experience at an STC office recently. When I explained my issue to a female employee, she responded with rude and unhelpful behavior. She didn’t make any effort to solve my problem, and it was clear she treated me differently compared to Saudi citizens and even an American woman who came after me. It felt like I was being looked down upon just because I’m not from here or maybe because I appeared to be from a lower-income background. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable in any customer service setting, especially from a major company like STC. STC should ensure that all staff treat customers equally and respectfully, no matter their nationality or background. Please take this complaint seriously — such behavior does not reflect well on your brand.

Zero customer services All the time shouting at the customers Kindly STC Management for your comprehensive review of this branch staff. It’s really affecting STC image and reputation. To be fair only one lady out of 3 is cooperative.

Be prepared to wait for 30 mins for your turn...there are 3 staff members here but moving very slowly

I renewed my package because it was expiring on May 30th at 15:30. After showing my number to the lady and making the payment, the service didn’t activate. Despite multiple checks, we couldn’t resolve the issue. Eventually, she realized she had credited the payment to another number and charged me again, effectively using my money to cover their mistake. Despite my insistence, I had to pay a second time. When I returned with the money, both the individuals I was in contact with had disappeared within five minutes. The new person didn’t speak English and was uncooperative. I had to enlist the help of an Arabic-speaking friend to communicate and repurchase the package. I spent 60 stressful minutes in the shop dealing with these problems. It’s disheartening to encounter such incompetence and disrespect towards customers. When I called the call center, they couldn’t assist and directed me to resolve it with the sales agent on the spot. It’s unfortunate that a company of this size lacks proper customer service processes and employs so many incapable individuals.
