I got a laptop bag as a gift for my husband a few days ago and today he opened it and was about to put the device in, it turned out to be broken. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt and they basically told me there is no return or exchange, and I didn't expect it to be broken. God is my witness that when I first opened it, it was like this. Is it possible that the quality of the bag is like this and its price is close to a thousand??? Can someone contact me to solve the problem? --- I went to the branch and thank them, they replaced it for me as soon as possible. Ms. Mishaal and Hessa are kind and did their best, but unfortunately I got the offer piece. 🥲 God willing, the quality of the bag deserves the title. I adjusted the rating for credibility ☺️

Today I visited this branch for the first time and I was amazed by their nice manner. The male and female employees did not neglect me even though there were parts that were not available. However, they helped me with replacement parts. Thank you to them and may God bless them a thousand times.
