iPhone repair services provided by Aleph is an absolute nightmare. From the moment you enter their establishment, you are faced with an atmosphere of contempt and hate towards customers. It seems that the employees, if they can be called that, have made a huge mistake in thinking that rudeness is a manifestation of professionalism. They have no tact or common good manners, when I reported this to them, instead of offering an apology, they decided to hold me responsible for their own inability. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Aleph. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt

I went there to buy an iphone 15 pro, and the representative there her name was shaima was so kind and nice and she answered all my questions about everything regarding the iphone and its accessories and there apple care warranty. Definitely going back if i needed any other apple products
