I stood waiting for a while before asking for help. The lady I asked motioned to her headphones that she was on a phone call. So I looked to the man at the counter who was standing doing nothing. I asked for help and he said, “one minute” and then made a phone call and walked out of the store. There were more people waiting as well. In the end, I walked out because I couldn’t bother waiting anymore.

فاشلين Edit 5-July 11:09AM store is closed waited 5 minutes for someone to come, new airpods pro 2 randomly go into full on static noise mode, conclusion from visit come back at 1pm service center doesn’t start until 1pm

Service providers quality is just worse ever, visiting for their service provider is just waste of time they rejected my AirPods max in 2 of their locations however I have exchanged it in Arab Computers Care easily with no problems at all

I had a phone fixed today and I experienced the best service. The staff were approachable and they will tell you exactly what you will do with your queries. Kudos to Mr. Adel one of the tech is very informative. If you want to buy and be with excellent service better go to this store. Legit gadgets and excellent service. Thank you so much

Worst experience I had at Aleph. The employees did not care about the costumer, and they stood behind the counter chatting without paying attention to the customers and ignoring us, when asked about if they are going to serve us they said they didn’t see us while we were standing in front of them.

Mr. Adel was very supportive in getting my AirPods serviced. Very professional and very quick.
