Unfortunately, the management is very unsuccessful. I wanted to exchange and return products that I bought from the Nakheel branch, and I went to Granada Mall for this process, but unfortunately, the Granada branch said that we cannot return them because we do not have money!!? Excuse me, they called the management and I received a response that no one from the management responded!!? What is my fault, or rather, I, as a customer, what does it have to do with me whether they respond or not? The brand and quality are very excellent, but the star rating is too high for them. They lost a customer 👎👎👎
