Pros: 1- The employee, Najla, is excellent at communicating and assisting. 2- They had an offer to buy 1 and 1 free, and I liked that they put the sizes together to make it easier to choose. 3- They have products for care and cleaning of boots. Why did I call the branch and no one answered? You told me that you would submit a refund request to your account. It has been a week and I still haven't received the refund!! This is the first time I've seen a policy that if an employee tries to exchange an item, the remaining amount is not returned to me and sits in my balance. If the employee knows about this policy, why doesn't she enter the system immediately to return the item and charge me for the new item??? Or do you want the amount to sit in my balance with you!!!

Very bad experience because of the employee who refused to exchange or return the product within two days. She said that the store policy is that they do not accept returns if you bought it from another branch and the branch manager is not present.
