I was looking for something specific, and the employee in Alhayat mall branch located what i am looking for in granada mall and she showed me on the screen that they have 2 pieces left. I came all the way to granada mall and the lady checked and found them on the system, then when she was going to get them, other employee told her not to get them and told her we don't have. Then the first employee told her infront of us come check the screen we have stock! Then the second employee changed her mind and said yes we have but these are reserved !!!! Since when do people reserve DKNY bags!! Does the campany allow that or your employees are out of control?? Feel free to investigate and verify my comment. I was looking for this item as per the picture but the black color and the smaller size. So disappointing from a brand like DKNY!

I stopped buying everything I had planned after I saw the employee opening every product I wanted to buy in order to ensure its safety or color! I am no longer sure that the product I am going to buy has not been previously opened to other customers. Opening makeup ruins it after a few months.
