They deserve more than five stars. The employees are extremely ethical, cooperative, and polite, especially Alia and her sister. I come back to the store every time because of their taste and high-class treatment.

The boutique is a sweet piece and the employees at Granada Mall are honey, very cooperative and their style and treatment are very elegant. I didn't find my size and contacted the Panorama branch and they did not fail me. I went there and the employee at Panorama treats her employees very well, praise be to God. May God make them happy and bless them.

The prices were not suitable for me and were somewhat expensive.. The employees were cheerful and smiling.. The place was clean and the decor was beautiful. The watch options were not many nor were they in the shapes and prices I hoped for.

When returning the watch, either in cash after dinner until the official arrives and you wait, it doesn't matter what your time is, or around after 14 days. Is that reasonable? What kind of policy is this? There is no communication between the branches. They force you to return it here, not here. In short, returning the watch and getting your money back is very tiring for them. It's an experience I won't repeat.

The upstairs branch is excellent, the staff is very cooperative and the options are diverse and good. What shocked my husband and I was that the discounts on the website were different from those in the store, even though we contacted the salesperson before going and he said they existed and were exactly the same. It's true that the staff were trying to please us and wrapped us up nicely and were cooperative with us, but honestly, that's not a great move. There's also a branch downstairs, we asked them about the discounts and they told us to go to the gate on the other side. We went there and found it closed. Finally, we spotted a third branch upstairs. I don't understand why all the fuss and fuss? But overall, the staff were respectful and made us forget all of that.
