Today's experience was very bad with the exchange of the same size for the same item. By the employee at the showroom in Granada Mall at 9:44. ... She refused the exchange and said I have to refund you on my Mastercard and wait for your money to come through. Now I'm being charged a second time if I want a different size. I spoke to her and she said, "How can this happen? I don't want to go back and be charged twice. I just want an exchange." She refused the exchange and asked her to have someone else contact me if she didn't know how to exchange the item. She said, "It's only me, and I'm the showroom manager. This is the showroom policy at all branches. We don't offer exchanges!" Unfortunately, I returned the item and left it. Due to my lack of time, I would have gone to another branch to exchange it without having to buy it twice.

One of the strangest things I've ever heard. She asked me for half a riyal extra to buy the bag they put their clothes in. I was surprised... she put the clothes in a very small bag. Really!! They sell bags with their store's name on them to people?? And the strangest thing is that you get a bottom sale and no top sale. How? You feel like the store treats its customers like shit, even though their styles have become the same.
