Yesterday, I purchased from them. I have questions that I would like clarification on. 1- The invoice amount was 10 riyals higher than the price shown on the package. When I asked the seller, he said, "It's a tax difference, citing the system and management." 2- The invoice stated that I received free samples. When I asked the seller, he received the same response: "A system error and management issues with the offers." Is it possible that a global company like Arabian Oud is unable to resolve system issues?! I hope the branch supervisor will respond to my questions.

Honestly, young Nayef Al-Ghamdi is a wonderful example for young Saudis. We hope that all Arabiya branches have Saudis who understand our taste. I have become a customer of this branch.
