After use of just 3 to 4 times (shoes worth of SAR 799)! The customer service stated that it is misuse! While I know that is pure BAD QUALITY! And WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER BUY THIS BRAND!!!

I recently purchased a ladies’ bag from ALDO at Granada Mall ,Riyadh Saudi Arabia and was extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. After using the bag just once, I noticed that one of the logo letters had come off. I was surprised that this could happen so quickly, especially with a brand known for its quality. When I returned to the store to report the issue along with the bill and the product , the representative informed me that they were not responsible for defects once the item had been used. This response was both unexpected and disappointing, as I expected better customer support from a reputed brand like ALDO. It’s disheartening to see a brand with such a good reputation not standing by the quality of its products. I hope ALDO revisits its approach to customer care and product durability. I expected more, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning future purchases from the brand. Thanks Shiblu

Although this is one of my favourite high street brand in UK, I was so disappointed when I visited the shop last Saturday. There was only one lady serving behind the till, who is the same lady grabbing the correct shoe size for us to try, however there was a Philipino lady working in the shop. What was apparent that this lady is not allowed to help in anything she’s only there to tidy up the shop. The shop was not empty apart from me and my husband, there were almost 10 to 15 other customers in the shop, and 3 of them are waiting for their shoes or waiting to be served. The lady behind the till went in and got my shoes, I tried them on and wanted to ask here for another colour but she was at the back, getting another customer their shoes, I could have walked away with the shoes as it was obvious that there was no one manning the shop. I was sooo disappointed and decided to leave.
