Thank you so much Mac for the great staff you have. Fay, has been always very professional and genuine every time I visit. She keeps me coming to get my make up from Mac at Gernata mall though it is far away from where I live. Fay is an awesome young lady with an exceptional customer services skills. I can’t express how much her work ethics every time gets advanced. She deserves to have a recognition and a bonus as a reward to encourage her do better. Great job Fay, keep up the awesome work💕👏🏽

Dear owner, please don’t open your branch if you have lack of staff (shortage). I am really sorry for the two hard worker, I know they tried their best but the experience was awful and horrible, the chicken was not completely well done, they missed to give me the regular fries, the water bottles and the ketchup
