His staff are not very nice and take too long and are rude service very bad

The Philippines staff need to learn how to serve the customers very well!!!

Very rude abusive and pathetic staff today's date is 6 march 2025 my order was around midnight it was online i went to Pick the order There was a Philippine guy he said I don't have your order at my system you have to show me your order number i show him each and everything but he said i don't have it on my system and start getting rude and than he said you're stupid i told you many times but you're not listening very uneducated staff if someone in the management is seeing my review kindly do something about it.

The cashier made the order and didn't ask what size of the hot chocolate we want. Then he didn't have change to give to us. We had to sort it out. We left and came back after sometime. We knew that we got "ordered" the smallest size of hot chocolate, so we thought to have a bigger size of the hot chocolate to sort out the change issue. He said he can't change the suze. So we had to buy water instead (which we didn't need). At the end it was us doing things for the cashier not other way around. I wonder what would he do if we just left, since he can't change the size of the hot chocolate and didnt have change. And there were people in between us ordering and not paying and coming back with solutions. Also the furniture in this place is badly maintained, I don't even know how could they keep tables with broken pieces in use.

this Cinnabon branch has very dirty chairs! all their chairs on this branch looks the same dirt on it!

Best place to have Cinnabon rolls and delicacies. Staffs were courteous. This outlet is inside Granada mall and has a nice seating arrangement in first floor which gives a good view of the mall interiors. Chocolate Cinnabon roll and Cinnabon KitKat sticks were good. KitKat sticks were a bit dry but tasted good. Can visit for shower eats during shopping in the mall.

Today i visited the place with my Son . He had Nutella big roll and i had pistachios latte . Pistachio latte was too sweet . 👍🏻Service was fine for me . He quickly took order and mentioned price again and after serving he billed.

The location is cool but the chair level was not matching with table and not comfortable during eating /taking with friends Servant people were good and friendly We got two offer Latte with Cinnabon topped with caramel and pecan Cappuccino with Cinnabon topped with chocolate (mini piece) The small pieces was delicious but the pecan Cinnabon not seems fresh For drinks to be honest I rarely drink in Cinnabon but was not relate to coffee beans it was only looks like skim Milk with Nescafe I am loyal customer for Cinnabon chain But next time will keep with Cinnabon only

Food court at Granada Center. We went for a quick bite and tried their spicy chicken nuggets, kids nuggets meal, Strawberry Sundae and Chocolate Sundae. The nuggets were crispy and made from chicken cubes, tasted amazing. Kids Meal was great just as good as others and the Sundaes were the best I've had. Very reasonably prices, fast service and yummy food. Definitely worth a try for a quick on the go meal.
