The service was better on my first visit, but unfortunately on my visit today I was shocked by the poor and rude service, knowing that I had reserved a VIP, but it seems that the service is no longer what it was and the employees are not ready to receive a large number of guests. I hope they develop it in a better way.

I don't know why the movie is been playing on small screen instead of being played on full screen... Plz play movies on full screen

The Best Dolby Experience But the rest are not up to the standards. Standard screens are too small and their chairs aren’t comfortable at all. Food and drinks are super unreasonably expensive. Specially the drinks. The smile on the food staff faces never existed with unwelcoming silent expressions Plus they gave me the wrong order and I didn’t even bother to tell them because I dont want to see those frowned faces again while the movie is on. So yes clean and quiet place with perfect Dolby experience .. if it wasn’t for the Dolby screen I wouldn’t comeback. The app is totally different from the UAE one. Not bad but lacks some futures like adding the ticket to apple wallet. I’ve never tried their suite experience so maybe one day when the food becomes reasonably priced.

Spacious. The usual Cinema Snack Shop etc. Great atmosphere & convenient location with plentiful parking. Great architecture, contemporary & clean restrooms. Overall, an absolutely Scintillating Cinematic experience here at Cinema Reels in Granada Mall ! Don't forget your prayers or forget to feed the poor. - Best Regards from The Baddest Doctor Around.

If you are coming from Al Munsiya, it will take around 10 minutes to reach here via car, if you are taking a bus for approx 40+ minutes to reach here. Pros : The ambience is good, as Reel is a product of Emaar they have set a good standard for cinematic experience.👍 Cons : But the customer service is par below standards, the F&B team is a bit pathetic, no respect for customers, training needs to be given for the F&B team.👎

Local cinema with excellent customer service. It was my 2nd time seeing a movie in this cinema, the first was ordinary but this time is exemplary! The system was down when we arrived, and there was a stall in the ticket queue. They were only accepting online booking thru personal apps. To my dismay (since i only carry cash and i dont have their app), i have decided to leave with my kids... then the cinema manager, Muneera, approached me and led me into their platinum area so that one of her staff could accommodate me. I eventually got my 8 tickets (for 2 movies). I'd like to commend Ms. MUNEERA, The cinema manager, for being calm and composed (actually, the whole team was because of her excellent leadership) during the dilemma the cinema encountered. Also, Ms . GARAM, who made our movie bookings so fast but precise. This branch in Granada is exceptional for their calmness and organization during an unexpected system error. I didn't hear a single shout of panic. They dealt with it quietly and solved it quickly. (By the time we were to enter the next movie, the cinema was back to normal) Thank you for not letting us down. ***Reel cinema granada center Every monday, it's is only 25 riyals for any movie (30 online) in any kind of screen except platinum.

Their pop corn was average and flavorless but their fries and nachos were delicious. For the premium standard seats weren’t comfy and the seats had no option for leg rest or reclining back !! I don’t know why it’s called premium. For the platinum suites i highly recommend it !! Friendly staff, perfect service and comfortable seats👍🏻also, The Platinum mix platter was delicious and very fresh. However, the Angus burger that came with it was just average. As for the penne bolognese pasta, the meat flavor was too overpowering. Dolby experience was amazing and the seats were comfy and had a back recliner.

The best luxuries experience ever compared to other movies in Riyadh.. I visit them at the opening and several times during the year and the level of the services, the staff, the place, the food, and all small details are taken care of so well all the time since then. I just wish if all companies remain the level of great services to the customer as Reel does. THANK YOU! Worth the visit,always👌🏼💜🥇

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Meshal and Mr. Muhannad the two supervisors for their outstanding help and dealing with customer with smile. This is a truly important thing. My visit to Reel was truly remarkable, offering an exceptional experience, particularly with the Dolby setup. I genuinely recommend it.. it’s absolutely worth trying!
