The product is great. However, the staff need changing. I was not greeted upon entering the store nor asked if I needed help. When I selected what I wanted, I called the person over. They took longer to package and finish the buying process than it did for me to carefully look at every piece in the store. The person checked their phone messages multiple times in the middle of checking out. I asked to leave because I had waited at the counter so long just for 2 pieces to be packaged. I don’t know what took so long but please work on this process with the staff.

Bad employees, they have no manners. A customer came and I had to buy something because I had a graduation party and I chose 3 pieces. She took a long time inside for the first piece, and I was thinking that she would take out and wrap it. I told her that she was late! She chose two pieces and she didn’t go in or out! We told the employee to find us the two pieces, he doesn’t know what they are. Then he told us that there are no new pieces because of the delay. On top of that, the employee said to us, “Excuse me, I’m arranging the bags.” I went and got a gift from another store because I don’t have to choose every piece and wait for a quarter of an hour or more for it!!!!
