The lady cashier at this time 4:30 wearing glass is beyond disaatisfaction of customer service, rude, seems unhappy in life and incompetent. I was trying to buy and i want to change that because of the price and she gave a snide comment in a very unpleasant way. Deserve to be reprimanded.

Shameful for a bath and body works that don t sell hand sanitizer.

Horrible customer service. I only buy from here to give gifts, not even for myself. I had to ask for help so many times, even then they ignored me and said “I don’t speak english”. Finally I said “really bad customer service” and walked off, and worker Khadija called me “haywaneh”.

If you have more than 5 stars I could give u Am a fan of bath and body works Love their candles I am receiving emails for the offers and any update Just subscribe in their website Every-time there is an offer, you will often see Out of stock I usually buy for a whole year because some of their products are seasonal I got a donuts candle and its out of stock and a perfume named Forever Red also was out of stock. My new addiction is strawberry pound cake. I bought double the whole set. I love this place

Amazing candle fragrance ,hand wash and body mist are awesome i love all the Range and most important hand wash must try if you haven’t tried yet. They have discounts too . Amber , Japanese cherry blossom , Gingham mist and body lotion is amazing and for handwash lemon one is my favorite.
