I had a very nice shopping experience at this branch. Abdulaziz was very professional and helpful. He took his time showing me different options and was with me every step of the way. Will be shopping here again inshallah.

I was searching for a specific piece from Al Qaser collection in Jeddah. Didn’t find it. Then I came to Riyadh and called Garnada mall branch, I asked about it. The salesman there, Naser, told me its not there but he asked me to wait to see if he could find it in other branches. He continued to update me every couple of days till he found it in another city! He put great effort to bring it finally to Riyadh! He is so professional. Dealt with me as if he didn't have anyone other than me to serve! Special thanks to him!
