We were told by the guy that our dishwasher is arriving on Thursday, but he booked it for Wednesday without us knowing. Now we are waiting for the whole day for the guys to come and install it. I called the customer service, they want to reschedule it for next Tuesday. Really bad experience if you want something to be done on time. They should communicate better and instead of days, maybe next time tell the exact date.

Totally incompetent. Staff took ages to figure out if they had items in stock. They didn’t have any items in stock that I needed. They couldn’t explain the services. As I was at the checkout, they stopped my order with no explanation and then proceeded to check out two people behind me. This has been my experience every visit. Better to order on Amazon.

We recently bought a stove, a TV and a blender from this location. I would say, other than the convenience of the location nothing would encourage me to go there again. Here are the areas that could be improved: 1. Pushy salespeople: no need to have an army of salespeople that constantly asking if we needed help. We know how to ask for help! So just relax and let us do the shopping first. 2. Extra warranty/Joud subscription: again sales team pushes these two items so bad to the point we felt we shouldn’t proceed with the sale. If we say no thanks, that’s not going to change. We should NOT need to have extended warranty if what you’re selling is a good product. We could see how disappointed the team was when we insisted that we don’t need these extras! 3. Over priced TV: salesman did his best to compare technologies but we are now finding out that this TV is nothing special and in fact there are many other cheaper options out in the market. 4. When the stove was delivered, we could not hook it up to the gas extension at home. Next time you need to buy a gas stove, it’s best to ask them about installation service and if they have a kit they can provide to help with it. We had to hire an external technician to help get it installed. 5. Delivery: while they are free to charge, we would suggest maybe setting a threshold above which the delivery should be included in the price. All in all, I would not consider buying anything from extra in the future.

This branch used to have an excellent service and staff, today i experienced worst service from the staff of sony speaker that i bought. they are rushing us to pay without even testing the product, I paid then I test the speaker it doesn't working whatever i do, and the staff told me to bring it home and test it there 😆 are you kidding me?? In the end I didnt take the speaker and till now waiting for the money to return. And they are not helpful at all. Worst branch

This branch typically doesn't carry all the extra items, but it's definitely worth visiting for the friendly and helpful staff. Maram Al Harbi and Saad Al Qasim were fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me. Maram took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know about my purchases, including how to use the app to check my previous orders and see if any warranties are still valid. A big thank you to Maram and Saad for their excellent support!
