Wednesday around 9pm me and my husband visit a store, cashier behaviour was indecent!!! Once we came to pay to cashier she start to talk in very personal subject with my husband, even though he said that I am his wife, but even that not stop her to continue, she thought that I don’t understand arabic language, but I am!!! Very shame of her and it’s effects on reputation of shop!!!

The shop has been closed for 40 minutes, even though it is not prayer time, and even prayer does not take this long to waste time.

The store closed more than 20 minutes early on Wednesday; you will not be served again. This resulted in a refund being denied.

I came to them yesterday from the end of Riyadh to return a piece and they said the system was closed. My soul is in Nakheel Mall. When I refused, she said there is no money until tomorrow, and today I sent the driver and took the clothes, but she did not give him the amount. She says it will be transferred, and we have now more than 10 hours, and so far the transfer has not been completed.

I had a problem with not getting a refund of 999 riyals and the employees were not cooperative. A complaint was filed with the Ministry of Commerce. Poor treatment and illogical policy. I hope the issue is resolved.

Today, Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 11:20 AM, the store was open, and the employee was present. She refused to return the item because she had closed the system! Discounted items have one day to be returned, and the employee is refusing to return them because she had closed the system! I wish there would be a little more professionalism in dealing with customers and adhering to business hours. The Granada branch wins for worst branch... a huge difference compared to the other branches 👎🏼👎🏼 *The most polite and kindest employees I have met (Ebhar and Ruqayya) at the Riyadh Gallery and Hayat Mall branches.
