I’ve been a loyal L’Occitane customer for years and have truly appreciated the brand’s journey and values. However, I’ve recently noticed some disappointing changes, particularly in the sizing and quality of some products, especially the perfumes, which led me to stop purchasing from those lines. What compelled me to leave a low review was a recent purchase of the lavender liquid soap—it had an unpleasant smell, almost as if it were expired or improperly stored. I'm unsure whether it’s a storage or quality control issue, but it was very disappointing.
To management: please take this as a sincere appeal to preserve the integrity of a brand so many of us love. While I hope to see improvements, this experience will certainly influence my future purchasing decisions.

I went to the store yesterday, unfortunately the employees were talking loudly and they didn't take my number when I came to pay. My bill was 280 and I asked her for samples to try. She said she only has 2 for the customer. Okay, take the number/the whole system hangs if I take the number?!

I entered the store and then I was going to cancel the idea of buying something, but after her open-mindedness, kind treatment, and cooperation with me, I actually bought something. Mashallah, the treatment of the female employees is a light and a beauty beyond imagination. May God grant them success and make things easy for them. The praise they are given is truly disappointing to me. May God bless them with high positions and their ease with people. May God make their affairs easy for them and subjugate for them the earth and those on it and the heavens and those in it. They will certainly be remembered. May God answer their prayers during the day of Ramadan. By God, there is little talk about them and good manners. Certainly, the rest of the L’Occitane store’s female employees are all good in them, for sure, and God willing. I repeat that I buy from them a million times because I fell in love with this brand of perfumes and creams.
