I’ve been a loyal L’Occitane customer for years and have truly appreciated the brand’s journey and values. However, I’ve recently noticed some disappointing changes, particularly in the sizing and quality of some products, especially the perfumes, which led me to stop purchasing from those lines. What compelled me to leave a low review was a recent purchase of the lavender liquid soap—it had an unpleasant smell, almost as if it were expired or improperly stored. I'm unsure whether it’s a storage or quality control issue, but it was very disappointing. To management: please take this as a sincere appeal to preserve the integrity of a brand so many of us love. While I hope to see improvements, this experience will certainly influence my future purchasing decisions.
