Very Bad attitude of Indian employee at counter On 19-April-2024 09:15PM. When I asked for try room he answered very badly. Then I returned the items and didn't purchases.

No fitting rooms. Gotta buy, try on elsewhere and bring back for refund. Such hassle kinda puts off making purchase.

It is not reasonable for me to wait 20 minutes to pay at one place. There are only 6 cashiers and there are only two employees present. It is very crowded. Anyone who has work or something else has to wait, and the employees are slow. The automated machine is not working.

Very bad. The branch is big and new but not organized and things are thrown everywhere. The only cashier working is one and they don't even bother themselves and they make advance payments as complaints or you have to pay the bill yourself and leave. I hope you find a solution to your problem.

City Max is located in the Granada Mall expansion. The store is spacious and offers a variety of products for adults and children, with prices that suit most segments of society. The Saudi employees at the store are very helpful and make you want to visit the store with their high professionalism. We thank them and appreciate them.
