Slightly deceptive descriptions of services and package details, they ask you if you want 2 or 10 gigs, but they don't tell you that the sim comes with promotional add-ons, probably to upsell the packages. Ended up with far more data than needed for my short trip. The staff wasn't helpful in adding the sim to the mobile app as well, I had to figure it out on my own.
