If you are coming from Al Munsiya, it will take around 10 minutes to reach here via car, if you are taking a bus for approx 40+ minutes to reach here.
Pros : The ambience is good, as Reel is a product of Emaar they have set a good standard for cinematic experience.👍
Cons : But the customer service is par below standards, the F&B team is a bit pathetic, no respect for customers, training needs to be given for the F&B team.👎

The service was better on my first visit, but unfortunately on my visit today I was shocked by the poor and rude service, knowing that I had reserved a VIP, but it seems that the service is no longer what it was and the employees are not ready to receive a large number of guests. I hope they develop it in a better way.
