This branch brings shame to SNB. Their cheque machine supposedly hasn't worked for over 6 months months, and the female staff behind the teller counter is extremely rude. They should close this branch and stop wasting retail space.

The branch manager is super professional and always helpful (Thank u Ms. Nawal), the lady on the counter may god bless have the most beautiful smile and attitude. Mr. Yasir one of the agent attended to all my needs in a very fast and professional manner. Thank u Granada SNB team for always providing the best service.

Afternoon 2pm and they don’t have cash so funny… and the employees there are very rude. Very bad experience.

Worst customer service ever, did not take any consideration. The customer support today kind of rude , seems doesn’t want to work. For more than a decade on this account might close this due to such customer support attitude.

I had visited the SNB branch as the opening hours are very convenient in the evenings. I had asked for some help and experienced outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman who “walked an extra mile” to fulfill my specific request.

Time is 10am ,.Bank is open but no statf for Customer Service as i want to update KYC, but unfortunately i couldn't able to do because of No staff during the time.

Dear members, When i was visited in SNB GRANADA MALL for deposit an amount 4000 but cashier says you can’t deposit we can accept 20000 riyal and more And outside deposit machine have always issued Hows that possible this is the new rule from BANK??? Can someone explain @SNB GRANADA MALL Very bad experience

Worst service at the branch even they don’t have any customers at the que but still they are Bussy in gossiping together , no care about customer issue Thanks you snb branch Granada mall , I will close my bank account soon , will switch to other bank who care about atleast at the bank when we are coming with some isssue, One customer taking 1 hour to solve issue ,
