If I can give 0 stars I would, I ordered through the website and i got a message to pick it up, but when I went to the store I was told your order isn’t in their system !!!

I have always wanted to have a sony showroom in Riyadh but the fact that its small made the experience way less enjoyable. It's one of the worst showrooms I ever went to the staff are neither knowledgeable of the products they're selling nor the other competitors that sell their products. When I entered the store I had to exert effort to find someone who could help (an employee) since they don't wear any sort of uniform that resembles the company. I was disappointed

Service/ maintenance is not available here. Visit : سونى, شارع محمد علي جناح حي غرناطة، Ash Shuhada, Riyadh 13241 Sony service center is at the back of granada mall, go behind the mercure hotel lane for 1 km, it will be at the right.

Shops have limited stock, irregular opening hours and poor staff service. Online seems to be better but time will tell.
